The process we use includes dehydrated fruit coated in cocoa and sweetened with organic panela.
The cocoa used is of the highest quality, Fine Aroma Cocoa, commonly known in our country as (Cacao de Origen).
Chocolate, obtained by mechanically disintegrating properly fermented and dried cocoa beans, previously cleaned, hulled, and roasted, is virtually free of impurities. The product undergoes a refining and tempering process, thus obtaining highly acceptable organoleptic characteristics.
RUKUTU is a family-run business located in the community of Lita, Imbabura province. Its production processes are AGROECOLOGICAL.
